Who Can Help?..... Maybe you can. If you have spare time on Sundays, we'd be pleased to see you. No special skills or previous experience are needed as experienced people are always present and willing to help. We provide all the necessary tools and equipment. All you need to bring are wellington boots, some old clothes and a packed lunch.	What do we do?.....We have a varied and enjoyable programme, which includes pond maintenance, footpath construction, improvement of meadows and fens, and scrub clearance. We usually also have something to eat provided and a time to socialise at the end of the day, as well as a lunchtime walk.
When?.....We have tasks throughout Norfolk, on almost every sunday, where you can have a chance to do something practical for Nature in Norfolk. Everyone is welcome to help out when they can and it is possible to come for a half day on many tasks.	Getting there?....What we will be doing, when and where are detailed in our Newsletter, which is sent to members every 8 weeks. We try to share transport when we can, and have members who can give lifts. We meet at the site at 10:00am.
